Health is comparable to most mid-size companies, they have a few options that you can choose from.

Not bad but pathetic you have to pay for short term disability benefit

Health insurance is comprehensive and they provide a discount if you get an annual checkup and provide proof of non-tobacco use.

High deductibles, high out of pocket.

It is very good Health and Life insurance, but a bit expensive.

Health provider is changing for 2017, meaning the company is trying to cut costs further. Granted they are moving from one bad provider to another bad provider, but it is the same cost in the end.

Cigna told us that Atos made them review and re-review everything before approving of any test. Even when someone is suffering from a terrible illness such as cancer, Cigna has to take 3 - 5 days just for an MRI. Emergencies are no different. If you go to the ER and have to have a test performed, more than likely it won't be approved because Cigna was not able to review the diagnosis in advance so you'll end up paying out of pocket.

Health Insurance is fair and is very comparable to what is offered by other big companies.

I appreciate not having to have a high deductible plan
