Costs have doubled, coverage has reduced, if you have a family (wife and kids) it gets real pricey

Pretty standard health insurance. Not any better or worse than other employers.

$500 deductible. This used to be around $50 to $100 in previous years.

My diabetic spouse with insurance can not afford monthly insulin ($412) so he buys it as if he was uninsured for $80, meanwhile I am wondering what is the point of insurance coverage if it doesn't address durable medical! Hospital fees not covered. A simple tubal ligation WITH COVERAGE is still 5k out of pocket. Insurance is ok in case of MAJOR CATASTROPHE but besides preventive is useless. Deductibles and Options are poor. Very disappointing for such a large global 76k employee company. If you have any chronic health conditions this insurance will not work for you. Spouses not allowed on policy if their employer offers insurance (even if the offering is poor).
