Blue cross blue shield; several different options/great vision care that basically covers new frames every 2 years with new lenses every year

Low cost for great coverage

You have to pay a small amount out of your paycheck, but overall I never found a problem getting access to doctor or medical services that I required. Copay was generally $20 an office visit, or free if it was preventative care.

The health insurance program was well run and the cost was reasonable.
