The new HSA requirements and compliance with consumer driven health care plan premiums are killing us.

Good: the plans are comprehensive and offers a lot of variety to the coverage.
Bad: the monthly premiums for family gets expensive.

Recent changes has resulted in terrible health insurance. The last iteration actually included the option for supplemental insurance, for the portion of expenses that your regular coverage excluded. Very high deductibles now and expensive premiums.

Used to be a lot better, but this past year has gone downhill significantly. I think even the best plan has a $1500 deductible right now. One thing they do provide is a health and wellness incentive, so if you go and get your blood drawn for a basic screening they will give you $250 in your HSA account. This year it's actually going to be $350.

Generally, it was a decent health insurance program and I dont recall being unsatisfied with it.

Talked about this already. HDHP plan with HSA nets you some free money.

I've got the same complain all working people have. The recent changes in medical care are making ALL cost go up and ALL patient services go DOWN. They are keeping up with the market trends.

-Aetna coverage is great
-Fertility coverage seems unique
-Deductible went from $0 to $2,700
-HSA is nice.

The options just like a lot of companies once the Health Care Act was passed limits what is available and the costs have significantly risen.
