Health plans used to be affordable and allowed copays. Now you must meet a high deductible and pay higher premiums.

Booz Allen's health insurance is considered one of the best programs in the country - it's definitely a cadillac program. With Obamacare, it is sure to be cut back.

the best thing is that they are located all over the country so you always have opportunities to relocate. The worst is no interaction with leadership if you are one client site. They are cutting tutition assistance which is why I came to the firm

Used to be the best but times have required some cuts and reductions. Still ok but not something to make a person take notice.

Standard benefits for a company of this size. They match up to 6% on your 401(k).

Extremely expensive ---- out of pocket minimums are very high.

HSA plans only and the deductible are very high. The company touts this as taking responsibility for your own care...but I have 3 dependents with pre existing conditions. Our family deductible was $2600 before any benefits kick in. I basically took an immediate pay cut when they changed plans in 2015

It's getting more expensive due to the Affordable Care Act but that affected all companies, not just Booz Allen though.

There are a few options but they all have high deductibles and copays
