Employee retention is important as they understand the value of experienced employees. They have recently added a lot of different benefits that you may not see at other companies (reduced pet insurance is one example). It is refreshing.

Pretty expensive but good coverage. $2,000 is offered for your HRA is you sign up for high deductible plan. A lot of presentations to help you understand the different benefit options prior to open enrollment.

The worst thing about the health insurance is that the out of pocket (copays) are high. My family and I had a couple of out-patient procedures done and our out-of-pocket expenses were surprisingly high.
