Good cost to value ratio. Limited in options.

BEST: The benefit package includes more than just “go to doctor and pay copay” — includes rich resources like counselling, digital mental-health tools, health advocates. WORST: In some cases, even though coverage is promised, access to preferred providers (doctor, specialist) may be more limited depending on region, plan, or network. That reduces the practical value of the insurance for someone with specialized needs.

They pay part of it. Its a good insurance.

PPO was still offered at the time, vs. having to choose the high deductible plan.
