I think it's a reasonable benefit. Might be expensive, but it seems to have good coverage.
It's a united healthcare/Harvard pilgrim program. High deductible and copay options. Reasonable in-network doctors. An employee assistance program to reach out to with questions regarding insurance coverage. Full coverage for mental health. Some coverage for fertility treatments. FSA and HSA options
