Great discount to make up for low pay

Store manager has been unprofessional and rude

It exists but it’s not much and does not stack on top of other deals.

While it is a major perk to get an employee discount at other sister brands, the discount at those other brands are actually better than the one within BL.

It's weird its 40% off at our parent store (Hot Topic) and also our employee discount stacks with deals in HT,,,but not our own store. 30% off no matter what, not combinable with any other discount, nor price match to website

The discount at Hot Topic is more.

It’s not as high as other retailers

The best part is when the employee discount gets moved from 30% off to 50% off most merch for certain times throughout the year. And they finally got the POS system to figure out the best promo and you are no longer required to use just the 30% off.
