Bi-monthly premiums are high and not affordable with the wages Rescare offers. The deductibles are high and the coverage is not very good after the deductible is met.

Very high premiums and co-pay for Health Insurance and Dental Insurance. ResCare offers insurance through Met-Life. Coverage is not that great but at least they give you an option for Health Insurance.

The delectable is very high and the cost has almost doubled in the past year. There are no low deductible options.
