The company offers health insurance but ended up not using it as they do not provide Kaiser. For a big company like CBRE, they are only offering 1 particular health provider. I heard from my coworkers that they feel that they don't have an insurance because they are paying so much upfront for co-pays, labs..etc. Some are already thinking of leaving for this reason, too bad they are loosing so much talent. I hope they consider offering Kaiser in general as another health care provider.
