Great orientation program with senior nurse staff

It is hard to be trained at a fast paced pharmacy because everyone is trying to take care of the customers. Training happens mostly before opening or after closing, but managers are told that they cannot go over a certain amount of hours and everyone has to clock out ASAP

There is job training program and actual work vibe depends on the team vibe

Training is provided, but not consistent

although trainings on demand, and you should demand it, evaluations by managers takes forever

Very useful for new comers

there is no best or worst thing
