Continuous required OTJ online training is very repetitive and not always relevant. Instructor/trainer led job training is very short if provided at all due to minimum operating hours and staffing.

As a clerk/cashier, very simple. As far as management training, it's tough, they also expect you to do it in YOUR TIME not company time as I was told during the interview.
