The training is great, but you have to travel a lot to get to them. You gain a lot of knowledge and get to know the benefits that is offered. You are also trained at another store, not the one you will work at, you get comfortable before they send you over to drop off.

Lots of people took shortcuts to get through the training because there was never enough coverage to justify letting somebody off the floor to take a test.
