4 weeks of training before job starts

Six weeks training for a CCR; three weeks intensive in class and three weeks nesting with your class and then supervised on the floor before they turn you loose.

CVS has great training, that extensive and informative! They have some amazing trainers for the Customer Care position! Training just needs be more on the phone with the members verses being in the classroom.

There is an orientation program provided to new employees. Some departments have their own program to supplement company orientation. Employees have mandatory training that must be completed annually.

2-3 week job training on-site.

The job training was very well handled by corporate. You were always having to learn more through online modules but they really weren't that bad and you actually do learn things from them! They have an excellent training program
