Job Training

There is a disconnection between what the trainers tell you in the building, and what is expected of you in the field. Someone somewhere needs to get the two sides into parity.

I’ve trained many people. Didn’t get paid extra.

Is extensive an will push you to your limits.

Poor job training at best. Unless you are good at figuring things out, don't expect much

The training is probably the best part of the job because you don't have to take phone calls for most of it. But the training is very inadequate and you will be held responsible for information that they insist they taught even though you and your 20 classmates can attest that the information was not taught.

Only 1 week training. This is difficult as the provider works alone.

THERE IS NO JOB TRAINING ANYMORE. Employees that know, are not staying. REQUIRED MANDATORY TRAINING that CVS takes credit for providing is generally done my Managers or a delegate using employee numbers and passwords. Time is not allocated for ANY training of employees.

Techs are not paid to train yet they have to at training stores.
