Although you can make up to $1,000 per month as a performance bonus, Capital One is making that harder and harder to achieve. You now have to have all perfect calls to get $900 and then can get a $100 team bonus if everyone on your team performs exceptionally. Have only seen the team bonus once in four years. I have had a dozen managers in four years, and with one will get bonuses of $1,000 or $600 per month, then with another manager get $0 or $200 per month, as each manager has their own call rating system. This is one of the worst things about Capital One, since there is no standard for how to achieve the bonus.
