I have never had any negative issues with my health insurance plan. They did remove the traditional PPO options a few years ago, which I didn't like.

Worst health care I have had. All generics are free but to try to get something brand name is practically impossible. A large amount of medicines are denied. Worst insurance plan inhale ever had with a company.
