Several options available to all employees. Better plans are available at salaried positions.

Have to pay premium and a deductible.

Although I never used the insurance they offered, I liked how they always had flyers posted informing you when sign up days were coming and going.

The insurance for hourly crew members is basic. Prevention mostly. As you move up into hourly management, the benefits get better and less expensive. When you become salary, the benefits are great and for the amount of benefit coverage, very inexpensive based on you choice of plan.

Would be better on Medicaid, like most of my colleagues
