They don’t properly train employees, and management will complain about employees not being trained properly but will not do anything about it. Training however is easy as all the tasks are pretty simple. Even if you are not properly trained you will eventually get the hang of it.

In the beginning the training was a bit scary but it wasn't too difficult once I got some experience.
