This is where in my opinion most issues arise within the company are almost always collateral of managements indecision or poor choices. There is an utter lack of professionalism in alot of chipotle.

I started with a guy at the same time and in 6 months he was one of the restaurant managers. He worked very hard, and it pays off. (side note: I was part-time as I am also studying, he was full-time)
