Cigna is terrible. Prescription coverage is separate. The open enrollment window is small.

Was expensive for single and family member, could do better on the offers.

No referral needed and is accepted by most health institutions. The worst thing is the high co-pay and doctor visits co-pay and Emergency Room and Hospital stay even with the most expensive plan. Dental and vision are very low cost, but also their coverage and benefits very low.

For a family it is super $$$$ $400-$700 a month for medical, vision, and dental all.
