Health care is decent if you opt for the Flexible Spending Account. Keeps premiums manageable and got $1000 employer contribution annually for the Flex Spending Acct to pay for co-pays, etc.

it seems to be high to pay for at first but you have 3 different plans to choose from and you also can set up a health savings plan to help pay for co pays and things like that
