There are opportunities for additional training however could be better. Leadership training - a candidate has to be recommended against very few spots -- volume of this training has declined over past several years. Depending on role there is foundational training for new hires which is strong, Other career training often on the job, seeking mentors, or supporting other teams through 'gig' opportunities
