Job Training

The training is actually excessive and redundant. I will say they do keep their employees informed but those that need the time of one on one training aren't getting enough and those that have real veteran experience are getting unnecessary training which effects their sales.

Amazing time to learn and make friendship with the employees and new coworkers. Environment is very comfortable and the training is extremely helpful.

Comcast talks a great game when it comes to training, but it's extremely limited for front-line employees

Enterprise sales is sent to Philadelphia for a week and another location for a week to do technical and sales trainings.

Comcast provides continuous training on procedures, equipment, programs, sales strategies, etc.

Good vendor training. Usually predetermined training. Hard to get approved for specific trainings outside the co.

Absolutely horrendeous, you won't learn anything unless you hit the field

Send sales people to Philadelphia to the corporate headquarters.
