Sick Leave

Not separate from other bank of time off.

It's not unlimited sick time but the people and company are understanding

Basically none. Don't get sick or you won't have a job.

Very paranoid that people are taking advantage of the system that they require a doctor's note after the second call out, and if you are a clinical employee within your first year you have to have a note right away. PTO bank would make this better instead of splitting vacation and sick separately.

4 hours accrued every 2 weeks

sick time is based on hours worked per pay period and is actually very good

They provide a decent amount if sick days and give you no hassle when you need to use them

Not able to utilize sick days even with banked hours without having to use a PTO day first.

Not eligible for any healthcare benefits as a PRN.
