High-deductible medical plan for individuals and families. No prescription benefit, instead use GoodRx to shop around. Low match on HSA.

High high deductibles. Have had co-pays for RX cost more by using insurance rather than running as cash option. This is more of a change due to the times and where we are as a country with our insurance and costs - but at the same time, there could be some different options or a faster path to tie into office depot with the purchase.

Ever decreasing benefits, ever increasing cost with no COLA or compensation increases.

High Deductible and required biometric screenings that if not completed are enforced by deductions in paycheck.

Only option they have was a High Deductible plan and it was through the roof on cost for my family size. Did not justify getting coverage with the amount of money i was making

Costs have gone through the roof and the quality of the benefits has declined.
The plus is now that Compucom has been purchased by Office Depot maybe next year the benefits will get better because of the number of employees.

The health insurance runs about $225 every two weeks if you and your family passed the biometric screen test. If not then about it going to be about $275 bi weekly. Very high individuals, around $5000. The insurance billing system is messy. Don't pay any medical bill until you get the insurance state first. Some of this is the do to way American Health care is organized.

Really helped me and my wife out when we hit a pretty bad sickness shortly after I started working for Compucom... the treatment was relatively expensive and could not have afforded it without the Insurance.

The coverage was good. It was nice to have a plan where you did not to get a referral for specialty drs.

Limited medical benefits which they tried to renege on until I threatened to sue them becuase they had included them in their interview offer but not in their contract.
