Pricing is very high compared to smaller companies and you have to pay higher deductibles.

The company has offered Cigna, which has premiums that seem to be averaged priced with deductables that are similar to other plans.

A pay cut plus a high premium plus minimal coverage - it Is almost better to go uninsured and try to get the state plan. Depending on your income level, you may do better on the dole.

Poor health insurance coverage and employees hired after 2012 get a decreased vacation package offering. The 401K has a very limited matched contribution (much less than similar companies)

It is too expensive and biometrics are required to avoid a $40 per paycheck surcharge; if the employee opts out of the nicotine screening it is an additional $60 per paycheck surcharge.
Benefits are expensive in comparison to the average; Employee +1 dependent = $157 per paycheck with a $3,000 annual deductible. After deductible it is 80/20

Very expensive, compared to what they pay. The coverage is almost nothing.

They provide a basic bare bones over priced medical plan that most people reject off bat. Its almost expected that you will not accept their medical.
