The price increased each year, and the coverage changed year over year. It was a challenge to keep up with.

Still better than many companies, but certainly not anything stellar. Costs have gone up and they essentially forced people to go onto a Kaiser HMO in CA only or HSA plan for CA and elsewhere. There is a PPO but it’s insainly expensive. They are going to charge spouses with other insurance options an additional $200 per pay period to stay on the plan starting soon. They do offer to pay most out of pocket costs if you go on a spouse’s insurance. There is some money for the HSA account if you take that option.

We used to have PPO premiums covered! Now it's over $70 a month for a single person! Definitely very dissatisfied with this "perk".

fair plan at a reasonable cost. No complaints about their health offering.

Cornerstone OnDemand used to have great health insurance plans where the company covered the premiums for your HMO or PPO plans. Now the premiums have increased to the point where I know many employees are ditching the PPO plan. As an employee in previous years, we used to not have to cover any of the premium cost. But now it's about $50 a month for HMO and $150 a month for a PPO plan as a single person. Still not bad, but it used to be covered.

For family coverage it was a very reasonable monthly expense.
