Dish has by far the best job training program I have ever experienced. After training, you are encouraged to ignore everything you were told based on the temperament of your Coach.

Get the basic training. 2 weeks in class and 2 weeks with a trainer. Learn as much as you can because you get thrown to the sharks after a month.

Trainer need to be trained, they don't have all the answers. Often after the training there are updates to correct what was trained. But it's a good direction. However trainers are pressured to finish training on certain deadline make the training more like a video playback rather than interactive and intuitive.
