They make a lot of promises about training but do not give the stores extra hours for training so it is basically training under fire and learning as each situation arises. Formal training is squeezed in as able which is not very often.

If you want to move up you have to watch the videos they are called Ilearns. You have different ones for differ mang. Then I had to drive 1 half hours 5 days a week for a month for store manager which they did pay me for
