Necessary technology and tools are supplied to employees to perform their duties effectively, such as laptops, monitors, and communication platforms (Webex). Support is provided to all employees by allowing access to communicate with managers and colleagues via IM (instant messaging), call & video conferencing for continuous success for remote employees.
