DrFirst is truly a great place to work. The culture is collaborative and kind with everyone united by a shared mission of improving patient and provider outcomes. Despite being fully remote, the company has built a foundation of human connection and innovation. I’ve had virtually no negative experiences with colleagues since joining and I feel fortunate to be part of such a supportive and mission-driven team.

Cons

If I would report one possible con of working at DrFirst it's that remote work isn't for everyone. You really need to be driven and a self-starter to get the most out of working here.

Pros

Work from home culture creates nice work from home balance. Great atmosphere and you do not feel micromanaged and pressured. Great team to support you when you have questions.

Cons

Started when understaffed, so training was cut short and had to really learn on the fly. Changes can happen with short notice, but that is expected in this business.

Great Culture and Onboarding as someone here for 3months. Excellent work/life balance.

Cons

Typical MedTech company with push and pull between Sales and Product. It is clearly in a growth phase with new leadership so it will be interesting to see how the culture evolves.
