Edwards offers a flexible hybrid/telework work schedule, with a mimimum of two days a week in the office for most local employees. Telework is often dependant on customer requirements, but we strive to offer a healthy work-life balance for all employees.
Telework privileges are subject to change, at any time, at the discretion of the Supervisor.
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
Edwards encourages employees to attend offsite training, seminars, or workshops, enhancing their education and the services offered to Edwards customers. We also recognize professional associations enable employees to stay current of best practices in their respective fields; therefore, certain external trainings and members are company paid.
The Employee Incentives Program is a consolidation of all Edwards incentive programs, designed to attract, engage, and retain talent. Edwards incentives come in many forms, including professional development opportunities, employee referral bonuses, and rewards and recognitions. These incentives align with Edwards core values, boost employee morale, and drive engagement.
The Center of Excellence (CoE) enhances employee interaction, improves knowledge, skills, and abilites (KSAs), and cultivates information sharing, including a variety of soft and technical topics at least once a month. These are often peer-led sessions and offer PDUs.
Edwards leverages the Microsoft suite, including Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
Edwards offers a variety of health and wellness opportunities throughout the year, both virtually and in person.
