It is quite expensive—more expensive than what I’ve seen at other companies. This is especially disappointing given that EH is an insurance company and owns one of the largest insurers in the country. Despite that, the insurance premiums, deductibles, and out‑of‑pocket maximums are not competitive and are actually higher than those offered by many other employers.
