It’s been tough when you're dealing with a person that feels like they are just ticking boxes rather than actually helping you out. It’s been exhausting trying to navigate through all the “silos” without getting clear answers or support from case managers who should be making navigation easier.

A++. Premiums are a little expensive

Great benefits, but they are expensive.

You'd think it would be better when you work for a health care company, But, still have to pay high premiums to cover the family, even though coverage is a high deductible plan.

Easy access and great network.
