The plans are too high and they keep increasing

Great coverage and great rates.

For 2017 the premiums increased by 30%, Anthem did up their contribution for employee plans but employees seen a raise in the premiums by 10%. The medical deductibles have also gone up, minimum is about $1500 for a single person. Family coverage deductible is now per person, not overall. There are 3 to 4 plans to choose from. Gold, Silver, Bronze. Coverage is all coinsurance based, nothing has a copay. Anthem's network is huge so it's easy to find in network providers. Customer Service is great when you are an employee. EAP helps out as there are up to so many visits free per year under that. Dental and Vision packages are really affordable and coverage is typical.

The cost for Anthem employees is a bit high considering we work for the company. Other insurers offer better plans for their employees.

Not enough HRA fund money put in. I've seen larger amounts from other companies.
