A 50% employee discount is given to associates

Being able to buy beautiful clothes at amazing prices, and knowing in advance when we will have discounts and when we can use them.

Employee discount is very good. Compares with other retail companies in the area if not better. It’s nice getting one as it helps defray clothing costs.

The employee discount was great. I received 40 percent discount original price, and an additional twenty percent discount in the clearance section.

the employee discount at express is 40% which is decent and you can combine it with other promotions going on in the store as well, except with store wide sales. But express always offers discounts,

it is a good discount depending on where you work. Some stores in metropolitan and populated cities are nicer and offer more stuff, and stores in less urban areas are not that extravagant. 20-30 percent off, sometimes you can get more.

That it is always changing. Sometimes the customer gets a better deal then the employees because of coupons.

The best thing about the employee discount was that when there were new clothing items shipped in, you can find your size in stock and use the discount. Sometimes by the time you want to use your discount, your size isn't in stock anymore because you waited too long.

The employee discount is not as beneficial as the customer discount. The brand wants associates in projection and to wear current trends, yet doesn’t offer a reasonable discount for purchasing merchandise.
