40% off all items not already clearance. Was nice to work there and wear their items. But it was really hard not to spend all my paycheck back into the store.

The discount was great because you could stack it onto deals and promotions going on in the store unless an item was on clearance and then you can't.

The fifty percent off on all clothes only lasted for like a month, and then the rest of it was 30 percent off (but this only applied to not already discounted clothes). Already discounted clothes had no employee discount.
