I WISH we had more flexibility. Instead ExxonMobil Can say if you don’t move to Houston, you don’t have a job. That’s really hard for a lot of people. There is flexibility and some scenarios. But I wish I could work from home at least 2 days a week. But there is a negative stigma about WFH. A boss yelled at a friend of mine for asking for time to WFH. HR got involved and toon my friend’s side. The friend had legitimate reasons.

You can work from home due to appointments, etc. Usually not allowing to permanently work from home.

ExxonMobil offers some flexibility normally to work from home as needed for personal affairs. Normally, the work is office based. During the pandemic, they've offered work from home for non-essential staff.

Many positions allow the ability to work from home when needed. Typically not full time though.

Available, but inconsistent and generally frowned upon.
