University of Farmers is an excellent resource

Some job training but not much

It’s always too brief, often has inaccuracies, or trainer doesn’t know the specifics of your role anymore. Requests for further training have been left unanswered or told to go improve ourselves on our own time in a fast paced job with unrealistic time deadlines

Good job training, but it will depend on the department.

Great training offered to me

It varies from dept to dept. Adjusting is fully trained with licensing fees for test being covered. Some depts do not offer an actually training regimine, but rather a shadow until you pick it up sort of role, which can be seen as a detriment.

Farmers used to have best in class training. Unfortunately the company has down sized the training department and shifted the responsibilities, mostly, to the supervisors or mentee peers.
