They do take the time to train you.

OK training, management gets training, not employees.

They were interested in having a warm body fill a job title. Reasonable and prudent people cannot complete the required training in less than 10 working days, which they required. The Farmers Co. corp people were only interested in finding a warm body very quickly. That they were setting up the new hire to utterly fail was not their concern. Very very disappointing altogether.

The University of Farmers has earned various recognition awards throughout the years.

University of farmers is good but doesn't translate to the local level, very casual and with no serious accountability from either party

They do what they can but you learn on your own

Training for low level employees is ok

Good programs, some inconsistency around message and details.
