Offer 2 plans for Austin location. An expensive low deductible ppo w/ FSA or a cheaper high deductible ppo w/ HSA. They also contribute 750$ a year to HSA for an individual.

Cigna is terrible, HR pushes HEAVILY to take plan cheapest for Forcepoint. They don't care about the employees as you're seen as a number.

They have high deductibles and low deductible options, and global coverage. Good overall. But for some medical conditions, neither is really going to provide much coverage.
