Trainers, SCA, and TL are wonderful

They didn't train us. The person "training" new nothing about our programs or even sitel's programs

Poor new hire training for entry level that is not consistent. Conpany apprentice program is broken, put in the role, not much support provided but still making the same amount for upwards of two years until a spot opens up.

Employee turnover is at a high rate. Best part about training is it is pretty laid-back and the worst thing is that a lot of time is wasted in the classrooms doing role playing etc...

job training was kind of boring but you'll still get paid so basically thats a month of training with pay

There is training for those who aspire to progress and advance within the company.

You learn a lot about the company you are answering calls for, not a lot about actual issues you run into while in production

I had to learn 95% of what i know on my own. it was not a very thorough process and it did not cover 50% of what i learned

very poor training methods and very rude instructors
