The training can be fun depending on the trainer. Most curriculum is provided by the clients so it can not easily be changed or updated.

class room training by people who hadn't taken calls in years. floor training was ok when they allowed the mentors to train instead of the coaches. mentors were the only ones who knew the answers because they were the only ones that took calls
