Increasingly expensive (whose isn't). Options for High/Med/Low premiums - offset for high/med/low deductibles / out of pocket, allow for variety of health status. Young/healthy can pay less in premiums, but would pay more when medical services are used. Older/ less healthy people (for instance, with chronic conditions) can opt to pay higher premiums, but have lower deductibles/ out of pocket. Vision and Dental add-ons are available. FSAs / HSAs available for those enrolled.
