Employee pays 100% of medical expenses until $2000 deductible is met

Cost per paycheck was very low but the high deductible left me with a lot of personal risk if something major happened.

i have never in my life worked for a company that shows billions of dollars in profits each year and want the employees to have such high deductibles and say they cant afford them

Increasingly expensive (whose isn't). Options for High/Med/Low premiums - offset for high/med/low deductibles / out of pocket, allow for variety of health status. Young/healthy can pay less in premiums, but would pay more when medical services are used. Older/ less healthy people (for instance, with chronic conditions) can opt to pay higher premiums, but have lower deductibles/ out of pocket. Vision and Dental add-ons are available. FSAs / HSAs available for those enrolled.

Rates raised every year, but this is normal across the board.
