This is up to the individual and their manager. But the company allows flexibility to do so

It may not apply to all groups, but if you’re BCOS and lack seniority in my group, you’re coming on-site even if you have sufficient work that you can do at home. Way to promote the sustainability mission by making people contribute to emissions commuting in rather than working from home.

Worst thing is that it is not very clear what WFH looks like in the future.
