They used to give "Goodwill Bucks" as a reward for meeting sales goals, but in 2016, because of being forced to raise salaries due to the minimum wage increase, Goodwill suspended all employee incentive programs, including merit increases!

The best/worst thing is the 24 hour policy. An item must be on the sales floor for at least 24 hours before an employee is allowed to purchase it. This is great for customers because employee's do not get the purchase the "good" things first.
