knowing there was a discount of some makes it worth working there as you not only get to save, but save more and since you're there anyway, before you leave you can shop without worry of having to leave again

You can only use your discount locally but not allowed to shop at the store you work at. They watch each purchase you make at which ever store on cameras and investigate you every time, looking for theft and to see if someone at that store marked something down in price for you. They are obsessed with employee theft. If your family or a friend comes by your store they get mad if you talk to them, even if to just say hello.

The discount is only 15% percent off. And you can't shop in your own store you have to go to another one.

there is no best thing . You can't shop at the store you are employed at and you can only use your discount once a month.

The rules on which items you can get a discount on are there to benefit the customer 100%. This is all donated items and they are hiding behind their non-profit status because, in my opinion, they are a very for profit company. Everything they do is a representation of this.
