There was a "class" and hours of online training. The online training was a series of endless videos on the work culture at H&R Block, which turned out to be mere wishful thinking. The actual work is one of blaming other people and never communicating. The class was also completely useless. I had a few minutes, literally minutes, of on the job training. Mostly I figured things out as I went, and the poor customers had to put up with my mistakes till I learned.
